Over the next 60 days we will challenge our health and fitness lifestyle through diet and exercise.

Your challenge over the next couple of weeks is to find the healthiest you by setting goals that are important to you.

Every week you will be given: medical advice for healthy living, a group challenge, and tips for creating your own individual challenges. The tips provided are meant to guide you, but the ultimate plan you develop is completely up to you!
